Hello Fellow Seafood Lovers:
I hope everyone has survived the few weeks of school. As a parent myself, I always find that I look forward to the summer break every May; then about early July, I start counting down the days to the start of school. With school starting, it seems to tilt the first domino into fall – bringing football, playoff baseball, more tolerable temperatures, s’more time at the fire pit, and standing over the grill gets to be more comfortable. The ocean also responds well and shares her many gifts. This week we have a bounty of fresh oysters from the North to Mid-Atlantic. Each of our oysters is selected to maximize taste and brine. We also have a great sale of fresh Triggerfish, Red Snapper, Grouper & Salmon. And as always our fresh collection of shellfish, such as scallops, shrimp, clams, and mussels pair great with any meal.
